German Apple Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

The sweet smells of cinnamon and apples will fill your house for the rest of the day. Best to make the cake early afternoon to fully enjoy the scent all day. Also, it helps to not have the urge to put the icing on right away.

This cake is so easy to make and so moist you will have to find some self-control to not eat it all in one night! I shared this cake at work and it was a total hit.
